Too busy to pick up or drop off? No problem! Feel free to utilize Lugg.com, a Bay Area startup, for offer on-demand pickup and delivery.

🔹 How It Works:

• You handle booking and payment directly through the Lugg app.
• They will pick up and drop off your vehicle or parts at our shop.
• Service available Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM, Saturday–Sunday: 9 AM – 4 PM.

🔹 Important Instructions:

• Attach a note to all parts or vehicles with:
  ✅ Your name
  ✅ Phone number
  ✅ Email
  ✅ Address
  ✅ A brief description of the issue
• Pickup time: Typically 5–30 minutes.
• Call ahead before scheduling to ensure you’re in our system.
• We will send you a work order number to write on your device and a payment link for diagnostics.  Fear not, If you forget, just leave a note on the vehicle 

💰 Rates: $30–$150 depending on distance and time.

🚛 Need 1-on-1 assistance? We also offer personal pickup. Let us know your needs, and we’ll be happy to help but we will have to charge for the logistics time billed at our hourly rate.
