At PEV Works, our repair center operates seven days a week, handling a steady flow of walk-in repairs for electric scooters, bikes, and unicycles. Just like an emergency room, our workload ebbs and flows—sometimes we’re wide open, and other times we’re packed with back-to-back repairs.
For customers who need urgent, same-hour service, we offer an expedite option. By paying a $50 rush fee, you can jump the queue and get priority service ahead of non-expedited repairs.
While we always strive to accommodate those who travel long distances for service, the expedite fee may still be required during peak hours. If time is a priority, this option ensures that your repair is handled as quickly as possible.
